Exporting Material

The collection of the HDPE piping was arranged with a licensed waste carrier and the scrap materials were shipped to our plastic recycling facility. At every step of the process of handling and transporting the plastic waste materials we deal with, we are fully compliant with all relevant regulations at all times. This process is carried out in the most ethically way possible to ensure the maximum recyclability of the polymers.

Consultation

The company made contact with Pakire Polymers at which point a site audit was arranged. The construction company had approximately 16,000KG of the HDPE piping; after careful inspection to assess the quality and cleanliness of the material we informed them of its value and of their options. The client agreed with our proposal to sell the material to us, at which point prices were negotiated and a purchase order was issued.

Output

We processed the HDPE piping in our state-of-the-art recycling facility where, thanks to the standard of machinery we use, we were able to achieve a high yield of exceptional quality recycled HDPE pellet.
