Die Strategie zielt darauf ab, dass bis 2030 alle Kunststoffverpackungen auf dem EU-Markt recycelt werden k\u00f6nnen und eine Recyclingquote von 55% f\u00fcr Kunststoffverpackungsabf\u00e4lle erreicht wird.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Viele EU-L\u00e4nder, darunter auch Rum\u00e4nien, haben jedoch noch einen langen Weg vor sich, um diese Ziele zu erreichen. In Rum\u00e4nien betr\u00e4gt die Recyclingquote f\u00fcr Kunststoffe und synthetische Materialien nur 14%. Tats\u00e4chlich hat Rum\u00e4nien die niedrigsten Werte f\u00fcr die zirkul\u00e4re Nutzung von Materialien in ganz Europa. 2021 werden nur 1% an Materialien recycelt und der Wirtschaft wieder zugef\u00fchrt - ein starker Kontrast zum EU-Durchschnitt von 11,7%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der EU-Indikator f\u00fcr die Kreislaufwirtschaft misst den Beitrag recycelter Materialien zur Deckung der Gesamtnachfrage nach Materialien. Die h\u00f6chste Rate der Verwendung von Kreislaufmaterial wurde in den Niederlanden (34%) verzeichnet, gefolgt von Belgien (21%) und Frankreich (20%). Auf der anderen Seite wurden die niedrigsten Quoten in Rum\u00e4nien (1%), Finnland und Irland (beide 2%) verzeichnet.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Aktionsplan Kreislaufwirtschaft<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Europ\u00e4ische Kommission hat im M\u00e4rz 2020 einen neuen Aktionsplan f\u00fcr die Kreislaufwirtschaft (CEAP) verabschiedet, der den \u00dcbergang der EU zu einer Kreislaufwirtschaft beschleunigen soll. Der CEAP k\u00fcndigt Initiativen entlang des gesamten Lebenszyklus von Produkten an und enth\u00e4lt Anforderungen an \u00d6kodesign, Abfallvermeidung und -wiederverwendung, saubere Materialkreisl\u00e4ufe sowie sehr anspruchsvolle Ziele f\u00fcr mehr Recycling und weniger Deponien.
